2) Rethinking school, district, or network approaches to teacher retention to ensure more of your teachers stay for longer, providing stability to your school, students, families, and community
3) Conducting a talent review by interviewing stakeholders across your organization and providing an overview of what is working and what isn’t working
4) Building candidate management systems that allow for long term tracking of candidates through the entire acquisition process.

Fractional Chief of Staff
Over the past nine years, Josh has worked as a Chief of Staff, Director of Special Projects, and Chief of Strategy on senior leadership teams in the charter sector and in public school districts.
1) Strategic advising, planning, coordination, and inter-departmental project management
2) Process mapping, vendor selection, vendor management (enrollment, nutrition, technology, facilities, construction, transportation)
